Peconic’s web application automatically distributes leads to your sales representatives and/or channel partners as soon as they are captured and graded. You set the criteria for lead distribution and the system automatically traffics leads to the right person based on your input.
Peconic’s lead distribution feature can be configured to distribute leads to the appropriate sales representative based on zip code, state, country and/or other territory alignment criteria. Leads can also be distributed to more than one person. Access is up to you. For example, sales reps typically have access only to leads in their sales territory. Sales managers typically have access to leads for all sales reps in their territory. Marketing Managers typically have access to all leads in the system.
System users access their leads through a private and secure website. The user logs on with a unique user name and password. The website home page can be customized by user group (e.g., sales rep, sales manager, marketer, or other) to display specific information relevant to that group. For example, new leads added to the system, lead status, lead quality by source, etc. You decide on the specific data points that should display for each user group’s home page and we’ll create a dashboard to meet your needs.
Lead distribution can also be configured to automatically send e-mail alerts to sales reps as soon as a "hot" lead is added the system. You decide on the criteria for automated e-mail notifications and we will configure the system to meet your needs.
