Automated Lead Grading

With Peconic Lead Grading your raw sales leads and prospect lists are automatically graded and ranked based on predetermined criteria. Leads are then distributed and fulfilled based on the assigned grade.

Lead grading ensures that only "sales ready" leads are channeled to your sales reps for immediate follow-up. Sales reps don’t waste time following up on marginal leads and/or those that require further nurturing. Grading also enables you to automatically fulfill leads with an appropriate electronic fulfillment package (letter, product literature, etc.)

The lead grading feature can be configured to meet your specific business needs; for example, leads can be graded on a scale from "1 to 3", as "Hot, Warm or Cold", or simply as "Sales ready" or "Not sales ready" - whatever grading nomenclature you prefer. Criteria for grading can also be customized to meet your requirements. You may choose to grade leads based on source, buying timeframe, product interest or other criteria - or use a combination of factors. Whatever your requirements, we’ll configure the system to meet your needs.
