Lead Management Process Audit
As a first step, a lead management expert will audit your current process. We meet with the individuals within and/or outside your company who are responsible for lead processing and management to full understand your objectives and all aspects of your current process. The audit covers areas such as: data capture, inquiry fulfillment, lead qualification and ranking/grading, lead distribution, lead follow up, and reporting. The audit reveals process issues and is used for future benchmarking.
Lead Management Survey
In addition to the process audit, we also recommend conducting a lead management survey with process stakeholders. It’s important to get input on how the current process is working from their perspective: Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and anyone else who has a vested interest in the process. We work with you to identify the key stakeholders and then reach out to all of them - or a sample group - by personal interview (phone or in person) and/or through a web-based lead management survey. We customize our proprietary lead management survey to meet your specific needs, implement the survey and provide a summary of the results after the survey period ends.
Gap Analysis & Process Mapping
After the initial audit and survey are complete, we will thoroughly analyze your current process, conduct a gap analysis, and provide you with recommendations for process improvements - all based on lead management best practices. We will also produce a process map that reflects the recommended improvements.
